• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hot 8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Single bets, multiple bets, and system bets each have a maximum win limit, which is set individually for each event.
• Hot 8's dedicated team monitors all betting activity on the Platform. Accounts found to exhibit suspicious betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

Hot 8 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using arbitrage betting or bet-hedging strategies to meet bonus requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Using hot 8 for money laundering or any unlawful transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.

Hot 8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in certain circumstances without prior notice.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance in the account will be refunded, subject to all applicable conditions being met.
